Call for Abstracts

Please submit your abstract for ORAL or POSTER presentation via the following link:

Due to the limited capacity of the venue, registration priority will be given to participants contributing oral or poster presentations.

Abstract submission deadline: May 15th, 2025 at 23:59 CET.

Abstract notifications will be sent by May 18, 2025.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Authors are required to indicate their preference for either ORAL or POSTER presentation.
  • Acceptance/rejection of abstracts will be communicated via e-mail to the Submitter by May 15th, 2025.
  • Acknowledgement of the receipt of abstract submission will be sent to the Submitter’s email address immediately upon submission.
  • Instructions on the preparation of the posters will be included with the notification of acceptance.
  • The Presenting Author agrees to register, to attend the workshop, and to present the abstract as scheduled by the organizers.

Instructions for abstracts preparation
  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • Abstract must be uploaded in PDF format only.
  • Title, authors’ names, authors’ affiliation, and presenting author must be provided by filling out the online form.
    – Titles should not contain acronyms.
    – Author: The full name and valid email address for each author must be provided.
    – Affiliations: Each author should be listed by department, institution, city, and country.
  • Abstract must include, title, authors’ names, authors’ affiliation, and presenting author. Titles should not contain acronyms.
  • The body of the abstract text should not exceed 250 WORDS. The abstract may contain mathematical formulas and one figure.
  • The Submitter should secure the approval of all co-authors.

Registration

Because of the many oral and poster contributions we received, we reached the maximum capacity of the venue and cannot accept further participants. Hence, registration to the workshop is not longer possible.
